The home of CX Fest is Wake and Camp, Kiessee Ruhlsdorf (Biesenthaler Chaussee 25, 16348 Marienwerder (OT Ruhlsdorf), a beautiful lakeside location close to Berlin. We have lakes, and a festival stage right on the beach; for the full festival feeling, you can bring a tent or a camper and stay overnight! (There are also hotels nearby though 😉)
Your festival pass will keep you fed and watered throughout the CX Fest. That means three square a meals for both days, served on the lakeside terrace - plus the HUGE array of coffees, snacks, treats, and cocktails that our lovely sponsors provide.
We invite true experts from the CX space to share their insights and experiences with us. You've got two days to squeeze in as muchThere will be enough room and time to connect with the participants and make new friends.
To immerse yourself into the world of CX there will be workshops offered where you can dive into one of our key areas for this years edition. The topics are Future of CX, Cross functional collaboration and AI & Automation.
There are also a plenty of fun activities to choose from such as wakeboarding and waterski, yoga, cross golf, volleyball, minigolf and many more.
A proper festival needs good music, right? Of course we'll have legendary parties at night.
You can choose how to stay and what you feel the most comfortable with.
- take your tent or camper or a rental camper and stay at the festival campground (best festival experience)
- stay at one of the hotels or AirBnb's around. Feel free to contact us if you need help
- stay in Berlin and join the event on Thursday and/or Friday. You can get via S2 from Berlin to Bernau (30min from Alexanderplatz to Bernau) and use the free shuttle from Bernau to the festival site
